Beef and Vegetable Stir-fry with Moringa Juice

Ingredients:
- 300g Beef strips
- 4 Tablespoons soya sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Moringa juice
- 500g Spar Tropical Vegetable Stir-Fry
- 2 Teaspoons Robertson’s Barbeque spice
- Pinch of salt (Optional)
- 2Tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 200g fresh moringa leaves
Instructions:
- Soak the beef strips in soya sauce for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the Barbeque spice and salt.
- Heat oil in wok over medium heat and fry the beef strips until golden brown.
- Remove the meat from heat and put aside.
- Return wok to stove and fry vegetables for 6 minutes in the same oil. Do not overcook.
- Add the meat to the vegetables and stir.
- Before dishing up,stir the moringa juice through the dish.
- Serve immediately.
Moringa Juice
- Wash the moringa leaves under clean running water and put in a blender until the leaves turn into a pulp.
- Spoon the pulp into a cheesecloth or straining cloth. Wring out the moringa juice and put aside. (If you don’t have a cheese cloth,a regular clean dish-towel can work as well).
- Put in the fridge whilst you prepare the rest of the meal
