Ghana Moringa Mushroom and Fish Jollof Rice
Ingredients:
- Freshly growing green pods,
- moringa leaves,
- moringa flowers,
- rice,
- dry fish,
- mushrooms,
- carrots,
- green peppers,
- onions,
- tomatoes,
- hot peppers,
- garlic,
- ginger root,
- turmeric powder,
- curry powder,
- coconut oil.
Instructions:
- Chop up fresh moringa pods, onions, green peppers, carrots, mushrooms.
- Blend tomatoes, hot peppers, garlic, ginger root.
- Pour 40ml coconut oil into your heating pot.
- Put you chopped onions in hot oil.
- Pour in your blended mix.
- Wash rice and put aside.
- Put your dried fish and mushroom into the stewing sauce.
- Let cook for about 10 min.
- Pour in your washed rice allow to boil for another 10 min.
- Now you add you moringa fresh pods, leaves, flowers, carrots.
- Mix well and cover till rice is cooked, soft and ready for serving.
