M Power Moringa Lasagna

Ingredients:
- 1 pkt Lasagne sheets
- 250ml cream
- 1 pkt Mushroom soup powder
- 2 cups Tomato onion cooked
- 150mg Fresh or dried moringa leaves
- 500g Mince or chicken
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 2 cups grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Spray medium baking container with oil.
- Make Bolognese by frying onions garlic and origanum and thyme to taste.
- Saute onions, add mince and brown, then add salt and pepper, till meat is brown. Add tomato onion mix and ½ cup water and simmer to reduce.
- In another mixing bowl add ½ pack mushroom sauce and mix well. Don’t whip thick.
- Now layer baking tray with lasagne sheet and spoonful of bolognese and spread with the back part of spoon. Then add 1 spoonful of cream mix. Add second layer of lasagne sheet and repeat the process 3 times and on the top layer do not spread – just put droppings.
- Add grated cheese on top and add more Moringa.
- Bake for ½ hour at 180 deg C.
- Leave to set for 10 minutes and dish up or cool down to freeze for later use.
