M Power Moringa Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt Lasagne sheets
  • 250ml cream
  • 1 pkt Mushroom soup powder
  • 2 cups Tomato onion cooked
  • 150mg Fresh or dried moringa leaves 
  • 500g Mince or chicken
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Spray medium baking container with oil.
  2. Make Bolognese by frying onions garlic and origanum and thyme to taste.
  3. Saute onions, add mince and brown, then add salt and pepper, till meat is brown.  Add tomato onion mix and ½ cup water and simmer to reduce.
  4. In another mixing bowl add ½ pack mushroom sauce and mix well. Don’t whip thick.
  5. Now layer baking tray with lasagne sheet and spoonful of bolognese and spread with the back part of spoon. Then add 1 spoonful of cream mix. Add second layer of lasagne sheet and repeat the process 3 times and on the top layer do not spread – just put droppings.
  6. Add grated cheese on top and add more Moringa.
  7. Bake for ½ hour at 180 deg C.  
  8. Leave to set for 10 minutes and dish up or cool down to freeze for later use.
