Recipe: Moringa Fish

Ingredients:
- Two Tilapia fish
- ½ cup Moringa powder
- ¼ cup Flour
- ½ cup Fish spice
- 3 lemons
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Remove scales from Tilapia fish.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Squeeze 3 lemons in another bowl.
- Soak sliced fish in lemon juice for few minutes.
- Place fish in mixed dry ingredients.
- Fry coated fish in cooking oil or any of choice
Note: In the plate it shows greenery showing that it has Moringa. Then the lemon juice gives taste as well as aroma. The Moringa fish tastes succulent with Moringa.
