Recipe: Moringa Fish

Ingredients:

  • Two Tilapia fish
  • ½ cup Moringa powder
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • ½ cup Fish spice 
  • 3 lemons 
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Remove scales from Tilapia fish.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Squeeze 3 lemons in another bowl.
  4. Soak sliced fish in lemon juice for few minutes.
  5. Place fish in mixed dry ingredients.
  6. Fry coated fish in cooking oil or any of choice 

Note: In the plate it shows greenery showing that it has Moringa. Then the lemon juice gives taste as well as aroma.  The Moringa fish tastes succulent with Moringa.
