Moringa Guacamole

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ red Onion
- ½ small lemon
- 2 small tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons moringa power
Instructions:
- Cut open the ripe avocado. Remove pit and scoop the soft flesh. Mash the avocado in a bowl.
- Chop the chili into tiny bits and add to the mash avocado.
- Chop the onion and smash the garlic clove, then add to the avocado and chili mix.
- Dice the tomatoes and add.
- Squeeze in the juice of the lemon.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add the 2 teaspoons of moringa powder.
- Mix up everything.
Voila, the Moringa Guacamole is ready.
It can be used as a dip for chips. As a replacement for cream cheese on crackers or spread on your bread.
