Moringa Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ red Onion
  • ½ small lemon
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons moringa power

Instructions:

  1. Cut open the ripe avocado. Remove pit and scoop the soft flesh. Mash the avocado in a bowl.
  2. Chop the chili into tiny bits and add to the mash avocado.
  3. Chop the onion and smash the garlic clove, then add to the avocado and chili mix.
  4. Dice the tomatoes and add.
  5. Squeeze in the juice of the lemon.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  8. Add the 2 teaspoons of moringa powder.
  9. Mix up everything.

Voila, the Moringa Guacamole is ready.

It can be used as a dip for chips. As a replacement for cream cheese on crackers or spread on your bread.
