Moringa Immune Booster Entree Parcels with Moringa Pesto Dips

Ingredients:

  • 4 Large mashed potatoes
  • 100mg chopped fresh Moringa leaves
  • 20mg chopped spring onions
  • 1 tsp finely chopped Rosemary
  • Circle of Feta cheese crumbed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 240 ml M Power Moringa Pesto

Instructions:

Option 1

  1. Mix all ingredients and add 2 stirred eggs into the mixture and fold in and then put in 3 bowls separately:
    • 25 g flour
    • 2 stirred eggs
    • Crumbs
  2. Then make balls of dough and dip in flour then egg and then roll in crumbs and fry in deep oil.

Option 2

  1. Take the basic potato mix and place small portions in phyllo parcels or phyllo rolls and bake in oven.

Serving

  • Put on a platter both option 1 and option 2 and for serving dip mix in 2 bowls:
    • Bowl 1: M Power Moringa Pesto
    • Bowl 2: M Power Moringa Pesto mixed with 50ml cream and optional finely chopped bell peppers.
