Moringa Ninja Power Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Puree: 1 onion chopped + 3 tomatoes (sear till soft 1 cup full)
  • 1 tsp Origanum
  • 100 mg fresh Moringa leaves
  • 2 cups flour (500g)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1 cup grated (melting) cheese
  • 25mg fresh moringa leaves
  • 1 tsp on top salt, pepper or herb mix
  • Peppers or other toppings – optional

Instructions:

  1. Put tomato onion puree and origanum plus moringa leaves in a pan and warm up. Season as needed.
  2. Prepare a small over pan 22×32 or a round oven pan – spray with oil and put oven on to 180 deg C and oven grid in centre.
  3. Mix 1 ½ cups of flour in mixing bowl with 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt, then add 1 cup water and mix in and kneed a little with sprinkling rest of water over dough and keep going until all the flour is in and comes loose from side forming a firm ball.
  4. Put the ball of dough into the pan and press flat across the pan and push sideways to sides of pan.
  5. Spread puree mix evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly.
  7. Sprinkle sliced onions and tomato evenly and sprinkle salt/pepper herb mix.
  8. Bake until cheese is melted or crispy (own choice).
