Moringa Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Potatoes;
  • 3 eggs ;
  • 2 sausages;
  • 3 carrots;
  • 1 onion ;
  • 1 fresh tomato;
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • 10g of Moringa powder;
  • A few stalks of chives;
  • A stalk of celery;
  • A pinch of salt.

Instructions:

  1. Wash the ingredients well;
  2. Boil the eggs then keep them;
  3. Peel the potato and the carrot, cut then boil with a little salt for 10 minutes;
  4. Cut the rest of the ingredients (tomatoes, onions, chives and sausages);
  5. Mix everything in a bowl
  6. Add the Moringa powder then serve.
