Moringa Tatale

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Moringa powder
- 2 Ripe Plantains
- ½ cup Flour
- 2 Peppers or to taste
- 1 Medium Onion
- Small piece Ginger
- Pinch salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Wash the plantain, peppers, onion, and ginger.
- Peel the plantains and cut them in pieces.
- Cut the peppers, onion and ginger and blend together.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and fold in the moringa powder, flour and salt.
- Mix with a wooden spoon till the mixture drops easily. (2 wooden spoonfuls will make a sizeable tatale.)
- Fry on medium heat in a little oil.
- Fry turning until both sizes are cooked. (Takes about 2 minutes to cook.)
Note: Serve with desired stew, i.e beans. Can be eaten hot or cold. Can serve with roasted groundnuts.ga fish tastes succulent with Moringa.
