Moringa Shrimp in White Sauce 

Ingredients:

  • peanuts, 
  • Moringa leaves, 
  • some pieces of meat, 
  • onions, 
  • garlic, 
  • ginger, 
  • leeks, 
  • peppers, 
  • shrimps, 
  • salt, 
  • refined oil

Supplement: 

  • steamed plantains

Instructions:

Preparation:

  1. Soak the peanuts overnight.
  2. The next day remove the peanuts from the water, and add the onions, garlic, leeks all cut and crush all the mixture. Reserve the resulting dough.
  3. Boil the pieces of meat. Once cooked, set aside the meat and the gravy obtained.
  4. Wash the Moringa leaves and precook them with one or two pieces of sprout salt

Cooking:

  1. In a saucepan, pour a little oil. After it has heated, add the pieces of meat to it. 
  2. Add the mixture obtained with the peanuts and cook for about 20 min. 
  3. Add the salt and the shrimps then the Moringa leaves.
  4. In another saucepan, cook the onions cut into strips and add them to the white Moringa sauce.
  5. It’s ready.
