Moringa Shrimp in White Sauce
Ingredients:
- peanuts,
- Moringa leaves,
- some pieces of meat,
- onions,
- garlic,
- ginger,
- leeks,
- peppers,
- shrimps,
- salt,
- refined oil
Supplement:
- steamed plantains
Instructions:
Preparation:
- Soak the peanuts overnight.
- The next day remove the peanuts from the water, and add the onions, garlic, leeks all cut and crush all the mixture. Reserve the resulting dough.
- Boil the pieces of meat. Once cooked, set aside the meat and the gravy obtained.
- Wash the Moringa leaves and precook them with one or two pieces of sprout salt
Cooking:
- In a saucepan, pour a little oil. After it has heated, add the pieces of meat to it.
- Add the mixture obtained with the peanuts and cook for about 20 min.
- Add the salt and the shrimps then the Moringa leaves.
- In another saucepan, cook the onions cut into strips and add them to the white Moringa sauce.
- It’s ready.
